Receita para uma porção:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de requeijão cremoso&lt;br /&gt;50 gramas de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;1/4 de xícara de leite&lt;br /&gt;200 gramas de camarão&lt;br /&gt;alho&lt;br /&gt;coentro&lt;br /&gt;massa do tipo talharim (de preferência caseira)&lt;br /&gt;pimenta&lt;br /&gt;azeite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Molho: &lt;br /&gt;Picar o alho e coentro e temperar o camarão, adicionando também um pouco de sal e pimenta. Recheiar o camarão no azeite de oliva, em fogo brando. Adicionar o requeijão, creme de leite e leite. Dedicado aos "belugos", que almoçaram comigo hoje, e saborearam essa receita :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pimentão&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;azeitonas&lt;br /&gt;2 cx. de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de creme de cebola&lt;br /&gt;1/2 copo de leite&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;azeite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;1 l. de atum&lt;br /&gt;50 g. de bacon&lt;br /&gt;massa linguine&lt;br /&gt;sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Molho:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte o bacon e frite-o com azeite de oliva. Em seguida, ponha o alho picado e deixe dourar. Adicione a cebola picada e refogue. Acrescente pimentão, azeitonas picadas e o atum e refogue. Adicione sal a gosto. Desfie as sardinhas. Em uma frigideira, refogue o alho picado no molho da sardinha e na margarina, e deixe dourar um pouco. Em seguida, refogue-o juntamente com a cebola, o miolo de tomate (sem sementes) picado, as azeitonas, a pimenta e a sardinha desfiada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione o recheio nos tomates e coloque em uma forma untada com margarina. É super prático de fazer. Muito leve e rico em fibras ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar mascavo&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de farinha de trigo integral&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de aveia em flocos&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de leite integral&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de fermento&lt;br /&gt;100 g de margarina &lt;br /&gt;3 bananas&lt;br /&gt;canela&lt;br /&gt;granola&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata os ovos, açúcar, margarina e leite no liquidificador. Em seguida, em um recipiente, misture esse líquido batido com a aveia, farinha de trigo e fermento. Mexa bastante até formar uma massa homogênea. Coloquei essa massa em uma assadeira untada. Corte as bananas em rodelas e ponha sobre a massa. Polvilhe açúcar mascavo, canela e granola sobre as bananas.
